I approached Tyler in the fall of about developing a strength and conditioning program to prepare me for the demands of a new military specialty that I was becoming a part of. At this point, I had known Tyler for several years through our work in athletics and witnessed the success of his strength and conditioning programs. After the first week of the program he wrote for me, I knew I had made the right decision to seek out his expertise.
